Warranty Claim

If you have a warranty claim, contact the Alumawood Dealer from whom you purchased your Alumawood patio cover products as they are near you and familiar with your purchase and/or project. If you cannot determine the name of the Alumawood Dealer, visit our Find a Dealer locator or call 1-800-448-4033 to find the one nearest you.

The dealer’s service representative will help diagnose the problem and determine if the parts are covered under warranty.

If after 5 days your local Alumawood dealer has not responded to your claim, click here to submit a warranty claim online or send a written complaint to:

Please include the following information in your letter or download and complete our Amerimax Patio Warranty Claim Form:

  • Date of Claim
  • First and Last Name
  • Address of where your product is installed
  • Phone Number
  • Date you purchased your product
  • Alumawood Warranty Card No.
  • The Product you are submitting a claim for:
    • Alumawood Shade Structure
    • Equinox Louvered Roof
    • Maxx Panel Insulated Roof
    • Traditional Carport
    • Traditional Patio Cover
  • Name of the Alumawood Dealer from whom you purchased your Alumawood patio product
  • Specific description of problem or defect

Once we receive your online submission or written letter, an Alumawood representative will respond to your claim within two working days.
